Suggested practice format:
Now you may go onto practicing the Shiroabhyanga (head massage) onto friends and family to begin.
We suggest you do the first 2-3 times with full routine video playing while you have a person in front to follow and practice along on.
Then move on to 2-3 more practice rounds without video using the written routine hand out.
Then 1 practice session without any video or hand out.
For each practice session, you must have your friend/family fill out a feedback form. This will serve as a learning to improve.
Once confident, you may go onto clients.
